Refund policy

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the order date for a product exchange or a refund. The refund will be for the full price of the product, minus the actual shipping costs incurred by us.
  2. Exchanges: To ensure item availability, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for a refund. This allows for a quicker and smoother exchange process.
  3. Return Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your product. In your email, include your order number and attach the receipt. A return authorization number (RMA) will be issued, which must be included with your return.
  4. Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached. Items or footwear showing signs of wear, stretching, marks, or soil will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For items shipped with free shipping, the refund will be the product price minus the actual shipping cost we incurred.
